How many calories are in Roasty Buds coffee?

There are around 3-5 calories per cup of our flavored coffees and 2-3 calories in our non-flavored varieties.

How much caffeine is in a cup of Roasty Buds coffee?

The amount of caffeine in your coffee depends largely on how you brew it. Factors such as brewing time, temperature, and the amount of coffee grounds used affect caffeine extraction.

Here's how the caffeine content varies for an 8 oz. cup of coffee using different brewing methods with Arabica beans:

French Press: 80mg - 107mg

Cold Brew: 102mg - 159mg

AeroPress®: 80mg - 100mg

Does Mexican Chocolate coffee contain sugar or additives?

There is NO added sugar and NO honey in our Mexican Chocolate coffee

Mexican Chocolate contains Natural Chocolate and Natural Cinnamon - the only additive for consistency in the flavor is Propylene Glycol.

What is the best way to prepare my Mexican Chocolate coffee? How much coffee should I use?

If using a standard drip coffee machine, we recommend 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds for every 6 oz of water. Another option is to use a ratio of 1 scoop of coffee to 12 oz of water for a balanced, standard cup. If the coffee is too strong, ease back on the coffee amount. If not strong enough, add a bit more coffee. To really bring out the chocolate and cinnamon notes, we recommend adding a bit of sweet cream after brewing.

How do I know my order was placed?

Once your order is completed on RoastyBuds.com, we will email you an order confirmation to the email address provided during the ordering process. The order confirmation may end up in your junk or spam folders. If you don’t see your order confirmation email, email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@roastybuds.com. We will be happy to look the order up. Once our warehouse ships your package, we will send you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number via email within 2 business days. Once you receive your tracking number, you can check the status of your order delivery here. If you have not received your tracking number after 2 business days, please reach out to us at customerservice@roastybuds.com so that we can assist you further. 

My tracking number states my package was delivered but it isn’t here.

Sometimes, at the end of the day, the mail carriers will mark the packages they did not have the time to deliver as “delivered.” If you have not received your order within 1-2 business days from the date it was marked delivered, please reach out to us at customerservice@roastybuds.com so that we can assist you further. 

Do you ship to Canada, internationally, etc

We do not deliver outside of the U.S. at this time.

Is Roasty Buds Coffee available on Amazon?

Yep! You can check out our Amazon storefront here. Many of our products are available on Prime for next day delivery.

Can I visit Roasty Buds?

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar to visit. You can find our products at select locations, however.

Can I change anything about my order after it’s been confirmed (address, name, payment method, discount, wrong product)

This depends on where your order is in the fulfillment process. If you have already received your tracking number, the change most likely won’t take effect for that order. However, please do reach out to us at customerservice@roastybuds.com so that we can assist with the most efficient solution applicable.

My package was damaged - now what?

Please send a photo to customerservice@roastybuds.com with your order number and info.

I have a subscription but want to change something about my order

Please email customerservice@roastybuds.com and provide your name and email address that the subscription is under and let us know what changes you would like to make.

Do you offer wholesale? / How can I carry your products?

Yes - you can take a look at our wholesale options here and place an order. You can also email info@roastybuds.com for wholesale inquiries. 

Do you accept returns?

We cannot accept returns of open product. If you are not satisfied with your order after tasting, please email us at customerservice@roastybuds.com for a refund. Your refund will reflect the purchase price and applicable sales tax of your purchase minus the flat shipping charge.

If you received the wrong product, please email us at customerservice@roastybuds.com with your order number and a photo of the product you received. We’ll arrange to get you the correct products at no additional cost to you. We’ll provide a shipping label for unopened products to be sent back for the exchange.

If you tried a specific flavor and aren’t satisfied but want to try another flavor instead, we cannot accept return of the opened product but we would like to make sure you find a flavor you like. Please email us at customerservice@roastybuds.com
