Spicy Coffee Cocktail Recipes To Try, Enjoy & Perfect
All of our coffee varieties are delicious on their own, but add a little alcohol to the mix and things get interesting. Here are six cocktails to try if you're looking to add some spicy coffee to the mix.
Ghost Of Green Fairy
- Chill 3 ounces of Ghost Pepper Coffee and slow drip over sugar cubes into 1.5 ounces of absinthe until dissolved.

Dark Side Of The Moonpie
- Brew 4 ounces of Roasty Buds Carolina Reaper Coffee and pour into cup, hot
- Add an ounce of heavy cream
- 2 ounces of vodka and 1 ounce of chocolate liquor
- Top with cool whipped cream and sprinkles of chocolate flakes
Reaper Rattlesnake
- 6 ounces Roasty Buds Carolina Reaper Coffee, iced
- 6 ounces Monster Cold Brew
- 3 ounces whiskey
- 2 ounces lime juice
- Spoon of sugar or simple syrup
- Dry shake 2 egg whites in a shaker with absinthe until foamy, and top
Hot Cuba Libre
- Rum and Coke is a Cuba Libre, served with lime on the rocks.
- We added Roasty Buds Hatch Chile Coffee and a touch of chili oil for a rich, dark, spicy drink.
- Top with a couple drops of chili oil for that burn on the lips
- A spiced lime wedge or similar to garnish
Spicy Irish Cream Café
- Roasty Buds Hatch Chile Coffee, chilled and mixed with 2 ounces of Irish whiskey, 2 ounces of Bailey’s or similar Irish cream
- A splash of chocolate bitters
- Top with whipped cream and a touch of chocolate
Pepperita
- 3 ounces of Roasty Buds Ghost Pepper coffee
- 2 ounces of tequila
- 1 ounces of triple sec or Grand Marnier
- Splash of agave nectar and a splash of orange bitters
- Chill the coffee first and then mix in the liquor and shake over ice until frothy. Garnish with a lime wedge and some tajîn spices around the rim.
